Ewa Josefsson holds dual certifications in Skanda Yoga, an alignment-based power vinyasa, and Jivamukti Yoga, a New York-based spiritual vinyasa style. Having studied with asana masters David Life (co-founder Jivamukti) and Ken von Roenn (co-founder Skanda), she knows alignment and the importance of clear instruction. However, it is through her over 5,000 hours in the field, connecting with and holding space for thousands of different people, that she has landed in the understanding of how our bodies, minds and spirits can thrive.

Balancing dynamic motion with pockets of stillness, Ewa Josefsson’s yoga classes are characterized by a hypnotic rhythm that is very soothing for your nervous system. You are invited to feel safe, calm and comfortable in your body as it is. Smooth transitions and seamless sequencing encourages a meditative state, where breakthroughs are possible.

Ewa Josefsson is co-hosting the Mimi Yoga teacher trainings, recognized by Yoga Alliance as a certified yoga school (RYS).

After ten weeks training you graduate as a certified yoga teacher. The training includes the history and philosophy of yoga, alignment, anatomy and assists, as well as many other useful tools and lots of practice.

The Mimi Yoga community is a thriving global online and in-person community with people from over 64 countries. The training can be either in-person in Wynwood Miami or online. There’s also a hybrid option.
