the birth of dream power

The system of D R E A M P O W E R came to me in 2017, along with my new role as a mother.

To be fair, it had always been there as a seed in my subconscious mind, a thin golden thread that had kept me on a less traveled path of searching, exploring, and sharing findings from my subconscious mind. As I made my own oracle card deck at age nine, or as I started dream journaling at age eleven, I had the urge to hold my breath and to dive deep. Journaling and endless writings of poetry did not only bring me joy and wonder, it carried me through an impossible childhood.

Even as an adult, throughout my twenties and my first career as a journalist I still held my breath. I traveled the world as a reporter, I moved from my homeland Sweden to New York City, I found friends for life and creative projects that made my mind explode with new possibilities. Still I was not quite sure if I deserved having good things happen to me. The invisible programming of my mind from a trauma-filled childhood would often play in the background of my conscious mind, holding me back.

From 2009 and onward I studied yoga, meditation and the Tibetan yoga of dream and sleep, dividing my time between the theory, the practice, and the conscious sharing with others. After a life of holding my breath I was finally able to exhale through this practice. Serving my yoga community became my everything — living and breathing in synchronicity with the thousands of souls that attended my classes throughout this decade. Sharing yoga and meditation was not only a service for others, it also brought me the healing I so much needed.

In 2017, along with my child entering the world, came the concept of Dream Power. It is a tool for transformation by diving into the miracles of the subconscious mind through yoga, meditation, hypnosis and dream work. Dream Power is a tantric-inspired system that integrates the physical, spiritual, and intellectual body, without preferring one over the other. Power yoga and quiet meditation hold the same value, and will be subscribed in accordance with the needs of the individual. Its roots expand into all realms of being in this world so there is no shame or guilt in any activities, thoughts, or ways of being. It is a body positive, life affirming view of life as it is. It brings you peace, love and understanding of your own true Self. It inspires you toward your higher good, while accepting yourself as already is.

Change happens here and now, through the way we think, talk, move, feel and view ourselves and our role in this life. If you are ready to lean in, relax and transform, I am available for one on one sessions in Miami and Miami Beach area.

Love,

Eywa

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

If the dream is a translation of waking life,
waking life is also a translation of the dream.
